Public Remarks: Building lot with .94 of an Acre of land in a great location close to the I-40 interstate in Midtown, close to Lowe's, Kroger, and several Restaurants, Shopping, 1/2 mile to the Roane Medical Center and Roane County Physicians, Property is approximately 20 minutes from Turkey Creek in West Knoxville. Electric, Public Water and Natural gas are already on site. Property has an uninhabitable mobile home on it and a 27x32 storage building/garage both are of no value. Seller says there is an old septic system on the property that is hooked up to the mobile home, we could not locate the documents online to verify the septic and they do not know exactly where the septic tank and field line are located. The property has no restrictions, however the Roane County Zoning office says only a doublewide or site built home would be allowed. No singlewides or campers would be allowed as a permanent residence.
Take the Midtown exit off of I-40 go to the red light, then straight through the red light between Patterson's and Walgreens, turn right onto Keylon Drive take the first driveway past Noland, property is at the end of the driveway on the right.
