From downtown Gatlinburg, just head south on the main strip (the Parkway) toward the ski mountain. When you get to Traffic Light #10 (where the road goes up toward the ski area), turn right onto Ski Mountain Road. Go up Ski Mountain Road a little bit and turn left onto Heiden Drive.
